A vital part of any geophysical survey is a thorough desktop assessment
of the merits of geophysical methods to meet site investigation objectives.
The success of a geophysical survey is dictated by target characteristics
such as depth of burial, size and geometry and by geological or made
ground setting and the influence of surface features.

The purpose of this form is to prompt you to consider a minimum set of
information without which the choice of geophysical method is arbitrary.
Completing the form provides us with sufficient information to make an
informed preliminary judgement on:
